(KAIR)--A preliminary hearing date has been set in the case of an Atchison woman accused of multiple drug related charges.
30-year-old Bresha Norris-Harding made an appearance Monday afternoon in Atchison County District Court for a status hearing, and Judge Martin Asher set a preliminary hearing Date for June 25th. However, the date could be moved up if lab results related to the case are completed.
Norris-Harding, along with her alleged accomplice, 26-year-old Atchison resident Earnest Crawford, was arrested in April following an investigation by the Atchison Police Department. Law enforcement officials executed a search warrant on a residence located in the 600 block of North Tenth Street as a result of that warrant. Norris-Harding and Crawford both face charges of including sale of methamphetamine within 1,00 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as aggravated child endangerment, as there were three children under the age of ten present when the arrest was made.
