(KLZA)-- A September 8th jury trial has been set for a Falls City facing a felony drug charge.
42-year-old Jack Fritts of Falls City pleaded " not guilty" recently in Richardson County District Court to a charge of manufacture, distribute, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture, or distribute marijuana.
Fritts was arrested in February on the charge.
