(KLZA)-- The Richardson County Commissioners adopted a resolution this week urging Southeast Community College to develop an outreach program to improve its delivery of workforce training to residents of the Southeast corner of Nebraska. Sheriff Don Pounds informed the Board that a dispatcher had reached the maximum number of errors on a computer system with federal information and therefore is not authorized to use the system for three months.  Sheriff Pounds will demote the employee to a lower position and south permission from the Board to proceed with the demotion.
