(KAIR)--A new court date has been set in the case of an Atchison man facing charges related to an alleged vehicle burglary.
23-year-old Donavan Templeton appeared in Atchison County District Court Monday afternoon, where Andrew Werring formally entered his appearance as Templeton's attorney.
A new court date was set for June 1st.
Templeton was arrested last week after Atchison Police, investigating a vehicle burglary in the 900 block of Parallel, were able to trace a cell phone found at the scene directly to him.
