(KAIR)--K-192 in Leavenworth County is now open to all traffic over Stranger Creek, east of the city of Easton, though there is still water close along the highway so KDOT crews are monitoring the roadway. KDOT crews expect the roadway to be completely opened to unrestricted traffic by 10:00 a.m. this morning.
