(KNZA)--A Sabetha man is jailed following an investigation focused on child pornography and the exploitation of a Jackson County child.
Arrested Friday was Daniel Joseph Thompson, taken into custody on two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says a search warrant was executed Friday evening at Thompson's Sabetha residence, where the 25-year-old was arrested and his vehicle impounded.
Thompson was booked into the Jackson County Jail where he's held on bond of $50,000.
The Sabetha Police Department and the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.
