Jason Conley
(KAIR)--An Atchison man, convicted of sexual battery, has been sentenced to prison for the crime.
29-year-old Jason Conley was sentenced Monday in Atchison County District Court to one year in jail on the misdemeanor charge. All but ninety days was suspended.
Upon his release, Conley will be placed on one year of supervised probation and will have to register as a sex offender. He was also ordered to have no contact with the female victim.
Conley was arrested in March after an investigation by the Atchison Police Department.
