Work scheduled for this summer includes the elementary school plumbing upgrade, elementary school drainage improvements and elementary school roofing project.  In addition, security and life safety improvements will also be done at all three schools this summer.

Dunn said plans are to do the remainder of the projects--including HVAC improvements--next summer, with the engineering for all the work to be done this year.

The board will hold a special meeting Friday morning at 7 to approve the paperwork for the sale of the bonds.

Board President Matt Sprick thanked the community and patrons for their support of the bond issue, which he says will secure the physical state of the district's schools for years to come.
