Humboldt Looking to Fill City Council Vacancy

(KLZA)-- The City of Humboldt has a vacancy on the City Council. With Crystal Dunekacke recently appointed to the position of Mayor, it opened up the Ward II Council seat she held. 

Any Humboldt Ward II residents interested in filling the unexpired term through the first meeting of the Council in December, 2016 should submit your name, in writing, to the City Clerk’s office by April 21. 

You can either send in your name or drop it by the Clerk’s office at 330 East Square.  Humboldt Council members receive $525 annually for their service. They are paid quarterly.
