(KMZA)--A second arrest has been made in connection with a drug investigation by the Sabetha Police Department.
21-year-old Jesse Hartter, of Sabetha, was arrested Tuesday by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department on a Nemaha County warrant for the felony offenses of distribution of methamphetamines and unlawful use of a communications facility.
According to the criminal complaint, Hartter is accused of distributing between 1 and 3.5 grams of methamphetamine on November 16th of last year and using a cell phone to arrange the drug transaction.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail, held on $150,000 bond.
31-year-old Stacey Hendrixson, of Sabetha, was arrested last week on similar charges. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 17th. He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $100,000 bond.
Sabetha Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck says more arrests are possible.
