(KLZA)-- 21-year old Chance Dunback of Stella appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for re-sentencing after violating his probation.
The re-sentencing was on a felony charge of burglary for which he was sentenced to a period of four to five years in prison; and for a felony count of attempted robbery, aid or abet for which he received a sentence of four to five years in prison. The sentences are to be served concurrently.
Dunback was also ordered to pay $616 in court costs.
