Sabetha's Grains For Hope To Hold Free Supper

(KNZA)--Working with a grant from the GenerationOn global youth service initiative, the Sabetha-based Grains For Hope is hosting a free supper Friday evening. 

Beginning as a problem solving exercise for Sabetha high school students, Grains For Hope, with the support of local industry, now operates as a non-profit, established in 2006. 

Since that time, the organization, founded by three Sabetha High School student, has successfully delivered over 25 tons of fortified grain products to the women and children of Mozambique. 

Friday's free supper will provide a tasting of meals made possible by the organization, including Grains For Hope Casserole, fresh salads, homemade dinner rolls and homemade desserts.

All are welcome at the supper, beginning at 5:30, in the Sabetha High School Commons.
