(KMZA)--The upcoming planned maintenance outage by Rainbow Communications also means a temporary shutdown of the main phone line for the Sabetha Police Department and City Hall.
Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck, in advance of the outage, wants residents to be aware that police will still be accessible on the local 911 emergency system.
He says anyone who has an emergency during the outage, planned from midnight Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, should call 911 only.
