(KLZA)-- During Red Cross Month in March, you and members of the community can be heroes without needing a cape or superpowers. By reminding the public that a blood donation could help save the life of a patient in need – possibly even a neighbor – you join the legions of everyday heroes nationwide who are making a difference in the lives of patients.
Upcoming blood donation opportunities in the area include:
Thursday, March 19th at the Baptist Activity Center located at 3rd and Jackson Streets in Tecumseh from 10:30 a-m until 4:30 p-m.
Monday and Tuesday, March 23 and 24 in Auburn at the Nemaha County 4-H Building.
Monday - March 23: noon to 6 p.m., 4-H Building, 9th and J Street.
Tuesday - March 24: 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 4-H Building, 9th and J Street.
Wednesday – March 25 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., at Falls City High School, 1400 Fulton Street.
Tuesday – March 17 - Nebraska City, 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., St Mary's Hospital, 1301 Grundman Road
Tuesday – March 17 – Syracuse - 11:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., Syracuse High School, 1500 Education Drive
Friday - March 20: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Walmart, 2101 South. 11th Street, in Nebraska City.
