(KLZA)-- 29-year old Bradley L. Schlicker of Falls City was sentenced to three concurrent prison terms of 20 – 36 months in Richardson County District Court recently.
Schlicker was sentenced for the theft of a pickup owned by Patrick Cave in one case. In another case he was sentenced for assault and the third case was a re-sentencing for a probation violation. In the final case Schlicker was originally placed on probation for the theft of a vehicle from Armbruster Motor Company.
Court costs were waived by Judge Daniel E. Bryan Jr.
Schlicker was allowed credit for 335 days previously served.
