(KNZA)--An Atchison County man convicted on charges of arson and battery in two separate cases in Brown County has been placed on 24-months supervised probation.
39-year-old Johnny Hogue was given a suspended prison sentence Monday on the charges. He was ordered to pay 55-hundred dollars restitution.
Hogue pleaded “ no contest” to the arson charge in December.
He was convicted of setting fire to a 1998 Chevy Camaro in March of last year.
Hogue was later charged with sexual battery in a separate case, which was amended to battery.
