(KLZA)-- Falls City Recreation will host their 16th Annual Pancake & Sausage Feed Fundraiser on Sunday, February 22 in the Commons Area at Falls City High School.
Serving will be from 8 a-m til 1 p-m and a free will donation will be accepted for the meal.
Profits from the pancake feed along with the annual business fund drive done in early summer are the main public fund raisers for the programs.
It takes more than $35,000 annually to run the programs for area kids which include girls softball, boys baseball, a tee ball league for 4-6 year olds, swim team, Red Cross swim lessons, a soccer program in the spring and a fall boy’s flag football league. Traditionally more than 1,300 participants take part in these programs.
Those unable to attend the pancake feed but interested in making a donation can drop it off at the F&M Bank in Falls City.
