01/23/2015

(KNZA)--A Sabetha man is in custody, facing multiple charges stemming from alleged crimes last weekend at a Sabetha residence.

Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck says 37-year-old Frederick Boltz turned himself into the Sabetha Police Department Thursday and was placed under arrest.

Boltz faces charges of aggravated burglary, kidnapping, criminal restraint, theft and domestic battery.

Wahwasuck says officers responded to the residence last Saturday, but Boltz had left the scene.

He says the victim suffered minor injuries during the incident.

Boltz remains in the Nemaha County Jail.
