(KNZA)--Doniphan County has a new noxious weed director.
The County Commission has hired Troy resident Francis Hubbard for the position. He will begin work February 1st.
Hubbard will replace longtime director Philip Berger, whose resignation was effective at the end of last October.
Hubbard will among five people who applied for the position.
