(KNZA)--A report of gunshots lands three Horton residents in legal trouble.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says it happened minutes before midnight Sunday night in the southern section of Brown County. Deputies responded, and their investigation led to the arrest of Zebariah Meyers. The 18-year-old was taken into custody on charges of possession of stolen property, discharge of a weapon from a roadway and criminal damage to property.
Another 18-year-old, identified as Brandon Dexter, and a 16-year-old, are also accused of playing a role in the incident.
They both face charges of discharge of a weapon from a roadway and criminal damage to property.
