(KAIR)--An Atchison woman, accused of causing a disturbance at a local restaurant and threatening its employees has entered a plea in the case.
41-year-old Sherry Frad appeared in Atchison County District Court last week to plead guilty to one count of felony criminal threat and one count of misdemeanor disorderly contact.
Sentencing has been set for January 16th.
Frad was arrested November 16th after she entered the McDonald’s, located in the 100 block of Eighth Street just before 7:30PM. She appeared to be intoxicated, and got into a verbal confrontation with several employees before telling four employees behind the counter to get on the floor because she had a gun. A nearby customer called police, and Frad was arrested soon after.
