(KLZA)-- A Stella man was sentenced to three years probation in Richardson County District Court Tuesday on a felony charge of terroristic threats and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
As part of an earlier plea agreement a charge of burglary against 22-year-old Ethan Bentley was dismissed.
As part of his sentence, Bentley was ordered to pay a total of $1,273 in probation and court costs and fees. He was also ordered to serve twelve, 30-day sentences in the Richardson County Jail unless those sentences are waived by his probation officer.
Bentley was charged with breaking an outside window to gain entry into Burbank Apartments in Falls City and threatening a resident in July of this year.
