(KNZA)--Two rural Horton men charged in connection with a fight in October that left one man injured on the Kickapoo Reservation have entered into a plea agreement.
48-year-old Robert Winsea pleaded no contest on Monday in Brown County District Court to charges of aggravated battery and domestic battery. In exchange for the plea, an additional count of domestic battery was dismissed.
21-year-old Robert Savago pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated battery. In exchange for the plea, a charge of domestic battery was dismissed . Sentencing for both men was set for January 26th.
They were charged in connection with a fight on October 25th at a residence on the Kickapoo reservation that injured Aaron Savago. He required hospitalized treatment.
