(KLZA)-- A Falls City man has waived his right to a preliminary hearing on four felony counts of possession of child pornography.
41-year-old Matthew Leaf appeared in Richardson County Court Monday morning. He was bound over to District Court for arraignment on December 16th. Bond was continued in the case.
Leaf was arrested October 23 following an investigation by the Nebraska Attorney Generals office that began in October 2013. Each charge is punishable by up to 20 years in prison and / or a $25,000 fine.
Court documents allege a computer at Leaf’s Falls City apartment contained numerous images of child pornography.
