(KAIR)--A domestic disturbance led to the arrest of a Peru, Nebraska man after he allegedly threatened Atchison police with a pellet gun.
According to Police Lieutenant Tim Stout, officers responded to the disturbance call located in the 1000 block of Ash Street just before 1:00 Wednesday afternoon. Upon arrival, they found 23-year-old Christopher Millard with a pellet gun. Officers asked Millard to put the gun down. He allegedly refused, and pointed the gun at them.
