(KLZA)-- The annual Community Carol Sing in Falls City will celebrate its 50th year on Sunday, December 14th at 2 p-m.
This year’s performance is sure to be one to remember. Church choirs, school groups and area musicians have entertained audiences over the years. This year, following holiday selections performed by area musicians, a community choir will present a cantata entitled “A Christmas Story”.
Anyone that would like to be a part of the community choir is encouraged to contact Doug Kirkendall at 402-245-3108 or at 402-245-7278, or you may just show up at practices.
The practices will be Thursday’s, November 20, December 4, December 11 and on Saturday, December 13. The practice sessions will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at a20th and Towle Streets beginning at 6:30 p-m.
The 50th annual Community Carol Sing will be held at the Falls City High School Auditorium on Sunday, December 14 starting at 2 p-m.
