Humboldt Halloween Event on Friday
10/30/2014

(KLZA)-- Humboldt will have their annual Halloween celebration around the Square Friday from 4 – 5 p-m.  Trick or treaters from infant through sixth grade are invited by local businesses and individuals participating in the annual event in which businesses open their doors and participants parked around the square open their trunks.

All Trick or Treaters are to meet in front of the stage in the park before beginning. Participants are asked to back up their vehicles to the curb on the north and east sides of the square.

HTRS P.I.K. students and Youth Mentors will host a variety of games in the park from 4 – 5:30 p-m with prizes provided by the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce and the Leech Insurance Agency.  Hot dogs and drinks will be served in front of the stage or in the Fire Hall if the weather is not cooperating.

The Pumpkin Shuttle will provide free rides during the event. The rides start on the west side of the square.
