(KMZA)--The Seneca Aquatic Park will be sandblasted and painted this fall.
The Seneca City Council Wednesday evening approved the low bid from Commercial Water Proofing of Kansas City to do the work at a cost of $66,488. It was among three bids received.
In other business, the council was informed that Police Officer Carolyn Clark has resigned. Her last day at work was October 1st.
A motion was approved to advertise to fill the vacant position. Clark had served as an officer since June 2012.
