(KMZA)--A 19-year-old Seneca man convicted of unlawful voluntary sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl has been placed on 18-months supervised probation.
David Kaup, Jr. was sentenced Friday in Nemaha County District Court on the felony charge.
Kaup pleaded “ no contest” to the amended charge last month. He had originally been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Kaup was arrested in April following an investigation by the Seneca Police Department.
