(KNZA)--A suspect wanted in connection with a stolen Falls City pick-up truck is now in custody.
31-year-old Zachariah Brown, of Horton, was taken into custody over the weekend in Nemaha County, Kansas.
That follows a Saturday afternoon search by the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office, assisted by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, in the area of 286th and C Road in Nemaha County.
K-9 officers and a Kansas Highway Patrol helicopter were used in the search for Brown.
The initial search was not successful, with area law enforcement warning residents Saturday evening to remain on the look out.
However, by Sunday morning, it was confirmed Brown was in the custody of Nemaha County Authorities.
He was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on charges of possession of stolen property and interference with law enforcement.
