Jury Trial Set for Shubert Man on Felony Charges

(KLZA)-- A December 10th jury trial has been scheduled for a 28-year-old Shubert man facing three felony counts.

Lucas Vice entered a plea of "not guilty" in Richardson County District Court to charges of terroristic threats, strangulation and using a firearm to commit a felony. 

Vice is alleged to have assaulted Bailey Jones at their Shubert home over a period of several days in July. Jones alleged that Vice caused injuries to her when he assaulted her, including strangling her, and that he threatened her with a knife and a firearm.
 
Bond was set at $3,000 cash.  Bail was originally set at 10-percent of $75,000.
