(KMZA)--A Mayetta man convicted of aggravated indecent liberties with a child has been sentenced to 5 ½ years in prison.
Jess Gustin was handed the sentence in Nemaha County District Court last week.
After being released from prison, Gustin will placed on 36-months post release supervision.
Gustin, who was originally charged with rape, pleaded no contest to the amended charge in August.
He was arrested in May following an investigation by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department.
According to court documents, Gustin was charged with having unlawful sexual relations with a victim between the ages of 14 and 15 from March 2013 to March 2014.
