(KLZA)-- The annual Cobblestone Festival is underway. The Firemen’s Fishing Contest at Stanton Lake got the festivities underway Thursday evening.
The carnival rides open this evening at 6 p-m at p-m the Fall City Chamber of Commerce / Main Street organization will have a drawing for their giveaway.
There will be a band playing from 7 – 11 p-m tonight outside.
Saturday begins with the Community Medical Center Fun Run and Walk. The car show will take place from 9 a-m until 1 p-m. the parade is at 11 a-m down Harlan Street.
Other downtown activities include the Little Mr. & Miss Cobbleston crowning, the frog jump, the frozen T-shirt contest, obstacle course, taco and cupcake eating contest, the knowledge challenge and the outdoor big screen moving at 8:45 p-m.
Sunday events will include the 1 p-m Little Tuggers Tractor Pull. Falls City’s Got Talent will be held at 3 p-m and the Vespers Service will be at 6 p-m at the First Brethren Church.
The carnival rides are open Saturday afternoon, evening and Sunday afternoon.
This years Cobblestone Festival theme is “Take a Step Back in Time.”
