(KLZA)-- 35-year-old Wendy Walle of Hiawatha was arraigned in Richardson County District Court this week on a felony charge of burglary.
Walle entered a plea of "not guilty" to the charge and a jury trial was scheduled for November 12th.
Walley is accused of breaking into a residence at 1007 East 11th Street in Falls City on or about December 13th, 2013 with the intent to steal property.
