(KNZA)--A Perry man was injured late Saturday night in a motorcycle crash on a Jefferson County road about 4 ½ miles southeast of Ozawkie.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 51-year-old Roger Heck was northbound when his motorcycle left the road and struck a guardrail numerous times, coming to rest on its side shortly before 11. Heck was transported to Topeka’s Stormont-Vail Hospital.
The Patrol says he wasn’t wearing a helmet.
