(KLZA)-- 32-year-old Jesse Luginbill of Falls City entered a plea of no contest as part of a plea agreement in Richardson County District Court.
Luginbill entered his plea to a misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking, aid or disposition and abet in connection with a February theft of motors and wire belonging to Kenneth Arnold of Falls City.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with sentencing scheduled for September 2nd.
