07/21/2014

(KNZA)--A Horton man is currently free on bond following his arrest in connection with a number of charges in Nemaha County.
According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, Camoran Shopteese was apprehended Friday on a warrant for battery, criminal restraint, criminal trespass and criminal damage.
The warrant was issued following an incident that happened in Wetmore on January 18th.
At that time, it's alleged that he broke a door at 310 3rd Street in Wetmore prior to having physical contact with a female resident, whom he allegedly restrained.
Taken to the Nemaha County Jail, Shopteese was released Friday on bond of $2,500.
He's scheduled to appear in court on August 19th.
