(KAIR)--Atchison real estate agent Louise Regenstein will be bringing a bit of Atchison overseas as she prepares to attend CLA game fair in England this coming weekend.
Regenstein says she was approached by the United County home office a few weeks ago about some properties she had recently listed. The marketing team felt those properties may fit some of the clientele they will be selling to in England. When CEO Dan Duffy invited her to the trade show, she jumped at the chance.
Regenstein says the estate where the show is being held is very illustrious, and she is looking forward to representing Atchison during the event, which is will be held on the estate of the Duke of Marlborough. The estate is also well known for being the birthplace of Winston Churchill. She says the event is called a game fair, but it is actually a trade fair for everything country. United County is the only real estate company that has been invited to the show, and Regenstein says that this is because of their focus on rural properties.
Regenstein says that she will be there talking to the nearly 40,000 people that are expected to attend about northeast Kansas, but real estate is not the only thing featured at the show. Horse shows, field sports, falconry, archery, foods, fishing, and hounds will also be available.
Regenstein will arrive in England by Wednesday and will be setting up at the fair on Thursday. The fair will run through Sunday and Regenstein says she plans to spend a few weeks in England and Ireland with her family after the show ends.
