07/11/2014

(KLZA)--A two hour power outage can be expected in Falls City Thursday, with utility work requiring a shutdown of the service.

According to Utility Superintendent Alan Romine, power poles in the 13-hundred block of Chase Street will be replaced, making the outage necessary.

The circuit to be de-energized extends from 12th Street to 22nd Street between the west side of Chase to the east side of Clifton Street.

The work is scheduled to start at 6:00 Thursday morning and is expected to be completed by 8:00.
