(KNZA)--A new Sabetha High School Principal has been hired.
During a special meeting Friday evening, the USD 113 Board of Education voted to approve a contract with Sheri Harmer, of Marysville, effective July 1st.
Harmer was among three candidates interviewed by the board.
Harmer has been with the Marysville School District for 27 years, the past five as Marysville High School Principal.
She will replace Todd Evans who will take over as Superintendent July 1st. Evans is replacing Dr. Bill Orth who resigned May 1st. Evans has served as Sabetha High School Principal for 15 years.
