(KAIR)--A Kansas City man facing charges in an Atchison County drug case has entered into a plea agreement.
33-year-old Stanley Fleer appeared in an Atchison County courtroom Friday afternoon to plead guilty to the charge of possession of methamphetamine. In exchange for the plea, two other charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Sentencing has been set for June 6th.
Fleer was arrested April 25th after an Atchison Police Officer stopped his vehicle and discovered what appeared to be methamphetamine in his possession. Fleer had been arrested on similar charges less than two weeks before, and had just been released when the second arrest took place.
