(KLZA) -- The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a two-vehicle collision shortly before 8:30 Thursday morning at the intersection of 726 Road and 620 Avenue south of Tecumseh.
Three people were transported to the Johnson County Hospital and then transferred to the Bryan West Trauma Center in Lincoln.
A fourth person was taken by private vehicle to the Johnson County Hospital for treatment and was released. The names of those injured have not been released.
According to a release from the Johnson County Attorney’s Office a 1997 Oldsmobile 88 was eastbound on 726 Avenue. The car failed to yield at a STOP sign and was struck by a 2002 Chrysler Town & Country minivan headed north on 620 Avenue.
In addition to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, the Tecumseh Fire Department, Tecumseh Rescue Squad, Cook Fire Department and Cook Rescue Squad all responded to the call.
