(KLZA) -- A May 7th jury trial is set for a Sabetha man charged in connection with the theft of a vehicle from a Falls City dealership.
28-year-old Bradley Schlicker entered a plea of "not guilty" in Richardson County District Court to a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking.
Schlicker is the second person charged in connection with the theft of a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Armbruster Motor Company in May, 2013. ‘
Erica Beethe was arrested in May of last year in connection with the vehicle theft, and also faces a jury trial on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
