Two Killed in Pawnee County Rollover
03/24/2014

(KTNC) -- A roll-over crash in Pawnee County over the weekend that killed two Burchard residents remains under investigation.

Pawnee County Sheriff Jayme Reed says two passersby came upon the accident scene, about 4 miles southeast of Lewiston, around 1 Sunday afternoon. Officials have not yet determined the actual time of the accident.

Reed says 47-year-old Tami Wagner was driving a 2007 Pontiac southbound on 610 Road when she lost control of the vehicle, and it rolled.

Both Wagner and her passenger, 49-year-old Lisle “Raymond” McGinty were ejected from the vehicle.

Wagner and McGinty were pronounced dead at the scene.

Reed says neither Wagner nor McGinty were wearing a seatbelt, and alcohol use is not suspected as a factor in the accident.
