(KNZA)--Water customers, in the Brown County community of Reserve, have been placed under a boil water advisory.
That follows a shut down of service late Thursday morning, made necessary due to a leak.
Those using water for drinking, or eating, should boil it vigorously for one minute prior to use, as a precaution against possible contamination.
Samples of the water will be sent to the Kansas Deparment of Health and Enviornment for testing, and once the all clear is given, the boil water advisory will be lifted.
