(KLZA) -- 33-year-old Rachel Shafer of Falls City suffered a possible neck injury in a two-vehicle collision Monday morning in Falls City.
Shafer was stopped at the STOP sign headed south on Morton Street. 37-year-old Roger Frederick of rural Falls City was east bound on 14th and made a left hand turn onto Morton. According to the Falls City Police Department report Frederick said the sun was in his eyes and he cut the corner too much and hit the Shafer car with his pickup.
Shafer complained of neck pain but was not transported for medical assistance.
No citations were issued. Both vehicles sustained an estimated $1,000 damage in the incident.
