(KNZA)-The city of Hiawatha will be cleaning the downtown streets Tuesday and again Wednesday in preparation for the annual Halloween parade.
The city will be using the street sweeper to clean Oregon Street from 4th to 9th along with 6th and 7th Streets from Delaware to Utah.
Crews will also be cleaning the sidewalks in the area.
The city is asking that all vehicles be removed from the streets while the work is being done. Crews will be starting at 10 o’clock Tuesday night and your asked to have your vehicle removed prior to that time.
