(KLZA)--10 to 12 years in prison.
That’s the sentence for a Falls City man convicted on charges in connection with a burglary last year in Richardson County.
28-year-old Kyle Wissler was sentenced this week in Richardson County District Court on felony charges of burglary, and theft by unlawful taking.
Wissler was given credit for 59 days served in jail and will be eligible for parole in five years.
The charges stem from a burglary east of Salem in August of 2012.
As part of a plea agreement a number of charges against Wissler, including being a habitual criminal were dismissed
