(KLZA) The Falls City, City Council will meet Tuesday at 7 p-m.
During the meeting Council members will discuss ordinances to increase rates, fees and charges in the electrical, gas, sewer and water departments on final reading.
A request for all employees in the Administrative and Utility Office to go to a 40 hour work week beginning October 1st. Currently they work 35 hours per week.
Council members will conduct a public hearing on a replat of lots, discuss an ordinance to vacate Appleoff Avenue between 14th & 16th Street and to vacated 16th Street from the west side of Appleoff Street to the west side of Appleoff Avenue.
A public hearing on an animal permit application for three horses at 3113 McLean Street will be held and a discussion on construction trailers parked on city streets will also be held.
