( KNZA )--A traffic stop in Brown County leads to the arrest of two 20-year-old Falls City residents on drug and alcohol charges.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says Jared Dishong and his passenger, Nicholas Rogers, were arrested Saturday.
Dishong was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol, no proof of insurance and transporting an open container.
Rogers was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
In a separate case, 26-year-old Joseph Garza of Muscotah was arrested Friday on a Brown County warrant for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three are currently free on bond.
